Shipping

At AMF Beauty Ltd all of our shipping is handled by Royal Mail. We only send parcels by Recorded Delivery to ensure that your items are with you at the earliest opportunity and can be traced when they arrive at your selected delivery address. An overview of our shipping costs and expected delivery times is given below.

Please note that all orders to a value of £70.00 or more are delivered free of charge.

Uk shipping for values up to £35.00 cost £2.95

Uk shipping for values over £35.01 to £69.99 cost £3.95

Delivery Addresses

It is critically important that the full delivery address is entered correctly including the correct postcode. Royal Mail will not consider compensation for items lost unless the delivery address and postcode are 100% correct.

AMF Beauty Ltd cannot be held responsible for items lost where an incorrect delivery address has been provided.

First Class UK Delivery

Destinations

All destinations within the UK and the Channel Islands.

Delivery Timescale

Royal Mail currently state that 'Most First Class Recorded items arrive by the next working day'. It is generally within 3 working days.

Please note that Royal Mail do not class parcels as being lost until 15 working days have passed. We believe that this is unacceptable, but we do ask that 7 working days be allowed for the delivery of your order. If your order has still not arrived after this point we will re-send your entire order Free of Charge.

Please note that some UK address cannot be reached within the agreed timescales.

All of the expected delivery times shown are from the time the items leave our depot. You will receive an automated email when the items are shipped and it is from this date that the delivery times must be calculated.
